At Chagford Show, David has sold his thousandth book.
This year David has attended Chagford Show, Okehampton Show, Tiverton Show and Silverton Street Market. (Sorry to anyone who expected to see him at the North Devon Show - it was cancelled due to poor ground conditions.
Remaining scheduled signings for 2012 are:
- Powderham Food Festival, Powderham Castle, Saturday 6th October (probably with a reading)
- Westpoint Christmas Shopping Fayre - Fri 30th Nov to Sun 2nd Dec

World Book Day
On March 1st, World Book Day, David visited Plympton St Mary C of E Infant School to give a reading. David writes: "I read my stories to five classes of children: 4-5 year olds, 5-6 year olds and 6-7 year olds. They hung on every word and asked some delightful questions afterwards. At the end I signed and dedicated books for the children. I found it very rewarding that the children enjoyed my stories so much and it has made all the effort worthwhile".
